Stephanie Lubin specializes in helping teams perform at their best through the lens of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Stephanie draws from rich personal and professional experiences as she supports individuals and organizations through a journey of reflection and discovery that fosters the safety, inclusivity and self awareness required to harness the power of diversity to achieve innovation and excellence.
As a child of immigrants who migrated to the U.S. seeking new hope and opportunity, Stephanie comes to this work with both optimism of what we can achieve together and perspective gained through exposure to the ignorance and social injustices that are its enemy. She is dedicated to helping people and organizations utilize the power of education to bridge across differences to open minds and hearts to a higher level of learning and engagement.
Stephanie’s professional experience includes both full-time and consulting roles across a broad range of youth development and education focused organizations including Boston Public Schools and Youth on Board. She has developed and led trainings for both local and national organizations, including some of Boston’s most esteemed universities. Most recently, Stephanie serves as the National Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Citizen Schools.
Stephanie holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from Johnson and Wales University and a Masters in Education from Northeastern University. Stephanie also holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management Leadership from Tufts University. She is an active member of the Boston community and a member of the Institute for Nonprofit Practice and Breakthrough Greater Boston.
