As a Human Resources Generalist Louis serves as the primary contact for employees across all of our clients. He has a strong interest in driving positive change and is passionate about his work and the people he serves. He aims to uncover the profound impact that systems have on our organization as a whole, as well as on our work and people.

With a keen interest in administrative software, Louis is constantly exploring ways to revolutionize workflows and boost productivity. While he acknowledges the importance of systems, his primary focus remains on delivering consumer-centric experiences to employees, ensuring that employees' needs are at the forefront of every decision.

Louis's journey in Human Resources began during his tenure as an Office Administrator at KC&Co, where he discovered his passion for the work. His subsequent role at Boston Senior Home Care provided invaluable experience in navigating and executing HR tasks, further solidifying his dedication to the field. Louis was drawn to Positively Partners because of their approach to providing HR services to Non-Profit clients, aligning with his desire to provide resounding employee-centric services and revolutionizing the processes for Human Resources through the use of technology.

As a proud Year Up Alumni with a course track in Project Management, Louis is equipped with essential skills in business foundations & navigation, team-based project coordination, data management, and analysis & reporting. He continuously seeks opportunities to expand his knowledge and expertise, ensuring he remains at the forefront of HR practices.

Louis resides in the vibrant city of Boston, MA, where you can find him spiking volleyballs at Carson Beach, unleashing his inner warrior at the UFC gym in downtown Boston, or exploring the scenic trails of the Blue Hills Reservation through invigorating hikes.
