Adrienne Machado works hand-in-hand with our clients to identify and implement sound, efficient and business-relevant HR practices that promote employee engagement, retention and productivity. She also brings a wealth of legal and regulatory compliance experience at city, state, federal and industry levels.

Adrienne's approach and philosophy toward human capital management are grounded in the theory that engaged, supported employees bring financial, operational and strategic success to an organization. With this framework in mind, Adrienne works to both develop systems and processes while helping to develop managers to lead with excellence. In this way, she coaches managers and employees to promote compliance, efficiency, and the healthy, supportive working relationships key to engagement and the achievement of business goals.

With over 15 years of human resources experience in both nonprofit and for-profit industries, Adrienne's expertise includes workforce planning and organizational development, recruitment and on-boarding for highly regulated industries and employee and labor relations.

Adrienne works with business leaders to understand their organization's business strategy, keeping this in focus as she implements and enhances HR practices. She is described by clients and colleagues as collaborative, creative and enthusiastic about continuous improvement as a pathway to achieving excellence.

Adrienne received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College and graduated magna cum laude from Salve Regina University with a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration.

Adrienne lives in Swansea, Massachusetts with her husband Ben, daughters Mae and Corinne and dog Annabelle.
