With over 15 years of human resources experience in both nonprofit and for-profit industries, Adrienne's expertise includes workforce planning and organizational development, recruitment and on-boarding for highly regulated industries and employee and labor relations.
Adrienne works with business leaders to understand their organization's business strategy, keeping this in focus as she implements and enhances HR practices. Adrienne received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Merrimack College and graduated magna cum laude from Salve Regina University with a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration.
Adrienne lives in Swansea, Massachusetts with her husband Ben, daughters Mae and Corinne and dog Annabelle.
