Michael Coleman Jr is passionate about matching talented, impassioned and mission focused candidates with organizations that allow them to thrive professionally. He brings a wealth of talent acquisition and recruiting expertise having previously served as a Director of Talent Acquisition at a Los Angeles area K-12 Charter school and Talent Acquisition Manager for a Tech start up that worked with schools and parents to provide alternate transportation opportunities for students experiencing homelessness or students in the foster care system..

Michael has a passion for genuinely connecting with individuals, and partnering with them to find their next opportunity for greatness and he relishes the chance to help organizations successfully fulfill their mission and impact communities by hiring people who are the foundational pillars to that success.

Having received a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communications from SUNY Old Westbury, Michael also has two Master degrees in education from Mercy College and an MBA from LMU.

Michael lives in Los Angeles, California with his 2 kids, Marleigh and Noah, where they enjoy beach time, hiking with their dog Bellissima and karaoke.
