Jake Tumas

Jake Tumas serves as Positively Partner's Director of Finance & Operations, contributing expertise to both internal and client facing operational infrastructure. As a financial leader, he prioritizes making financial data accessible and actionable for all stakeholders and believes that financial transparency is essential to inclusive leadership.

Prior to joining Positively Partners, Jake served as the Director of Finance & Compliance for Code Nation, with additional experience as an Operations and Human Resources leader.

Jake graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.A. in psychology, with a focus on humanistic and multicultural psychology.

When he's not creating the next best spreadsheet, Jake spends time with his wife and son exploring the Sierra Nevada mountains, camping, and cooking for friends.
