Rose Costello

Rose specializes in direct sourcing, recruitment, and talent management at Positively Partners. Her work focuses on human capital, building diverse pools of talent for partner clients, and engaging candidates throughout the recruitment process. She loves meeting new candidates and exploring different perspectives of what works best in a role.

Rose sees the recruitment and hiring process as a crucial introduction to an organization for candidates. She believes that through strong engagement and thoughtful process building both hiring managers and new hires can begin their work together with a deeper understanding of one another's strengths and priorities.

Prior to joining the Positively Partners team Rose worked in hospitality management in New York CIty. She brings years of experience as a hiring manager to her work. While in restaurants she developed a tangible understanding of the ways hiring and retention practices can improve business performance and equitable workplace environments.

Rose lives in Albany, NY with her spouse, kid, and two cats.
