Mary Carlton is the Director of Talent Recruitment Services at Positively Partners. She is passionate about ensuring organizations hire incredible leaders. Mary loves connecting with people and is passionate about working with hiring teams to create selection processes that mitigate bias and build excellent teams.
Before joining Positively Partners, Mary was an Assistant Principal and led recruiting at KIPP in Texas and New Orleans. She currently lives in Austin with her husband, young daughter, and cat.
