Jung Yun is a consultant at Positively Partners, where she leads and supports search efforts for nonprofit organizations. She works closely with hiring managers to find exceptional talent and is committed to ensuring a positive, inclusive candidate experience with transparent communication.
Before transitioning to talent recruitment, Jung spent a decade in secondary education as a teacher, coach, advisor, and admissions officer, focusing on enhancing campus diversity and promoting equity and inclusion.
Originally from Korea, Jung moved to the U.S. as a teenager. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston University and lives in Portland, Maine, with her partner, two sons, and a flock of chickens. An avid backyard farmer and rock climber, she loves outdoor activities and traveling.
