Herlena Harris is a Consultant at Positively Partners, where she spearheads recruitment strategies for nonprofits and social enterprise. With 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience spanning fast-paced startups to global companies, she specializes in designing sourcing strategies that increase equity in hiring and build inclusive, high-impact talent pipelines.
Prior to joining Positively Partners, Herlena scaled the team at the Design Studio for Social Intervention and held recruiting roles at FlowerHire, Tilt Holdings, and Tech Networks of Boston.. She has been recognized as a top recruiter, earning Great Recruiters’ “Top Rated Recruiters” award for three consecutive quarters.
Herlena graduated from Dartmouth College with a bachelor’s degree and lives in Jamaica Plain, MA. She’s a devoted auntie to her nieces and nephews.
