She/her/hers

Hamide is an experienced facilitator, educator, and coach whose work helps individuals and organizations translate the science of well-being into practical leadership and team practices. With over a decade of experience across more than a dozen countries, she brings a globally informed, evidence-based, and deeply human approach to leadership development. Partnering primarily with nonprofits, schools, and mission-driven organizations, she teaches positive psychology at both foundational and certification levels and is known for blending rigorous science with heart-centered teaching.

She holds a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as an Assistant Instructor to Dr. Martin Seligman, the founding father of positive psychology. As a U.S. military spouse, she has lived and worked across four continents.

Based in Virginia, Hamide lives with her husband, their three children, and their well-traveled cat. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, virtual reality fitness, and a good Lord of the Rings rewatch.
