With roots in the PEO/ASO industry dating back to 2018, she has honed a deep expertise in ensuring flawless, timely payroll delivery in alignment with legal and organizational standards. As a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) with an MBA and a bachelor’s in Business Management, Ciara combines technical mastery and strategic insight. Before joining Positively Partners, she served as Vice President of Payroll for the Western Region at Vensure Employer Solutions—leading payroll operations across a diverse range of nonprofit clients and driving scalable system improvements across multi-state frameworks.
In her current role, Ciara is a cornerstone of the PositivelyHR suite—overseeing the end-to-end payroll and tax function and mentoring a growing team of payroll specialists that power our human-centered payroll solutions. She leads with attention to detail, systems thinking, and a commitment to service delivery that supports organizational mission and employee trust.
Based in Austin, Texas, Ciara lives with her husband, their three children, and two dogs.
