Olivia Hess is a Human Resources Generalist with experience across HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development. She is passionate about helping organizations align people strategies with business objectives while creating environments where employees can grow and thrive.
Prior to her current role, Olivia supported HR Strategy and Insights at Hilton Worldwide, partnering with senior leaders to manage high-impact HR initiatives, develop strategic communications, and leverage people data to inform talent, engagement, and organizational health strategies. Earlier in her career, Olivia was a Technical Sourcer at Wayfair, supporting key sourcing initiatives and partnering with leaders to improve hiring processes and workforce planning. She also supported inclusion and belonging programs at Wayfair, developing engagement programming for the Technical Recruiting team and serving on the executive board of Wayfair’s AAPI Employee Resource Group.
Olivia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications from St. Lawrence University. Olivia is based in the Washington, D.C. area, and outside of work, you can find her at a fitness class, sharing a meal with friends, or playing around with one of her musical instruments.
