Claytoya is a native New Yorker who has spent over 14 years in the non-profit sector serving in human resource, talent management, and program leadership roles. Passionate about organizational development, community impact, and leadership success, Claytoya specializes in organizational design and development—translating strategy into operating models, roles, and processes that improve team performance and accelerate business outcomes. She builds clear job architectures and career pathways, designs competency-based performance systems, and implements practical policies and workflows that help leaders manage consistently and teams execute with confidence.
Prior to joining Positively Partners, Claytoya served as Managing Director of Talent at Code Nation and as a Director at Prospect Schools, where she oversaw day-to-day HR operations and multi-year organizational initiatives. She is recognized for developing people managers, leading cross-functional change efforts, strengthening community partnerships, and integrating organizational design principles across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and the overall employee experience.
Claytoya graduated with bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Columbia University.
