Phoebe is the Senior Consultant, Organizational Development and Design at Positively Partners. Phoebe supports our clients in building sustainable Human Resources practices so staff can focus on their critical work serving communities and making change, and organizations can focus on lasting impact.
Phoebe brings over twenty years of HR leadership experience across diverse sectors to her role at PP, working with nonprofits, cooperatives, large organizations, and municipal government. She has extensive experience leading and supporting equity and inclusion initiatives and a passion for social justice.
Phoebe lives in the Adirondack Park in upstate New York with her spouse Todd and two rescue dogs, Bowie and Cora. Outside of work, Phoebe can be found out in nature, reading, making art, and traveling to locations near and far in search of interesting food.
