Kaitlin is the part-time Human Resources Generalist at Positively Partners. Her philosophy is to use her background in research methods to understand human needs in the workplace and create an excellent human resource experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Mount Holyoke College and a master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Salem State University. In addition to her schooling, she has several years of experience working in a variety of nonprofit organizations from cancer research to museums.
Kaitlin lives in Salem, MA with her friends and houseplants, and can often be found combing the beach for interesting treasures.
