Megan Bird specializes in the development and implementation of scalable performance management, people development and workforce training approaches that apply the tenets of positive psychology to drive sustained performance from managers and individual contributors. She has experience in instructional design, facilitation, training and strategic planning. She supports clients on a range of needs including day to day oversight of HR operations, organizational culture and policy and people development.
Megan served as the Executive Director for Citizen Schools Massachusetts. She has also held program leadership and school based leadership positions. Her experience as both a certified HR professional and nonprofit leader uniquely positions her to design and implement strategies that promote staff well-being and drive effectiveness. Megan graduated magna cum laude from Wellesley College and holds a Masters degree in Education from Lesley University. She is also certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Megan lives in Dublin, NH with her husband and two daughters. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. She is a member of the YWCA New Hampshire board of directors.
