Jung Yun specializes in sourcing and full lifecycle recruitment. She specializes in using the tools and frameworks developed by Positively Partners to screen candidates in ways to promote equity and inclusion.
Jung is passionate about helping nonprofit organizations find exceptional people to join their teams - individuals who have both the necessary skills and commitment to mission. She is also invested in ensuring candidates have a positive experience and are able to navigate the selection process so that they fully assess the organization and team they may be joining.
Before transitioning to talent recruitment, Jung spent several years as a recruiter and admissions manager for a small, independent boarding high school in New Hampshire. In this role she focused on increasing diversity, equity and inclusion in the admissions and application process.
Jung was born in Korea and came to the US when she was 15 years old. She lives in Dublin, NH with her husband and two sons and is an adrenaline junky, loving all active outdoor sports and traveling.
