There are many ways to approach this practice, but the general idea is to reflect upon 3 things you’re grateful for each day. This can be done first thing in the morning, before you go to bed each night - or any point throughout the day that works best for you. Just do it! Here are some tips/tricks for practicing the three gratitudes:

Write ‘em down at your desk and reflect on them all day long.
Write a letter of gratitude or meet with someone to share why you’re grateful for them.
