Share What your grateful for, using: #PositivelyGrateful

There are many ways to approach this practice, but the general idea is to reflect upon 3 things you’re grateful for each day. This can be done first thing in the morning, before you go to bed each night - or any point throughout the day that works best for you. Just do it! Here are some tips/tricks for practicing the three gratitudes:


1. Keep it Simple

A gratitude can be as simple as the sun shining on your face.


2. Journal

Take a page from Oprah, and try a nightly gratitude journal.


3. Sticky Notes

Write ‘em down at your desk and reflect on them all day long.


4. Share

Write a letter of gratitude or meet with someone to share why you’re grateful for them.
